What it shows
- Amount in sats, description, creation time, and a live expiry countdown. Once an invoice has expired it can't be paid, and the decoder says so plainly.
- Warnings in plain language: an invoice for testnet, signet or regtest (a normal wallet can't pay it), no amount (the payer picks it, so check with the recipient), a very short expiry, or a missing payment secret.
- The payee node: its alias, whether it's a public node in the Lightning graph, and whether it supports keysend. A private node with no route hints is flagged, because most wallets won't find a route to it.
- Every route-hint node with its alias, channel ID, fees and CLTV delta, plus the payment hash and other tagged fields.
The decoder only reads the invoice. It never pays it, and it doesn't contact the payee.
